Starting Thursday the Fond du Lac County Health Department is opening a free COVID-19 drive-thru community testing site at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the testing site will be open Thursdays from 11am to 7pm starting Thursday, through December 10. Mueller says the National Guard will be conducting the tests. OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Two of Wisconsin’s biggest annual music festivals are shutting down for good following COVID-related cancellations this summer. Fond du Lac County has reported two more COVID-19 deaths. There are now 19 deaths in Fond du Lac County due to the virus. Since Friday afternoon there have been nearly 400 positive COVID-19 cases bringing to nearly 3,800, the total number of positive cases in the county.
