10-22-20 drive-thru covid testing at fdl county fairgrounds

Starting Thursday the Fond du Lac County Health Department is opening a free COVID-19 drive-thru community testing site at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds.   Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the testing site will be open Thursdays from 11am to 7pm starting Thursday, through December 10.   Mueller says the National Guard will be conducting the tests.   People should remain in their vehicles throughout the process.  Masks are required and […]

10-22-20 virus outbreak-wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin has recorded its highest one-day total of new coronavirus deaths. Also Wednesday, the first patient was admitted to a field hospital near Milwaukee that opened last week to help hospitals coping with an influx of patients. OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Two of Wisconsin’s biggest annual music festivals are shutting down for good following COVID-related cancellations this summer. 10-22-20 two more covid-19 deaths reported in fdl county

Fond du Lac County has reported two more COVID-19 deaths.  There are now 19 deaths in Fond du Lac County due to the virus.   Since Friday afternoon there have been nearly 400 positive COVID-19 cases bringing to  nearly 3,800, the total number of positive cases in the county.
