GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Catholic dioceses across the state are lifting the Sunday dispensation which means parishioners are once again obligated to attend Mass. Catholic churches lifted the obligation and stopped holding in-person Mass when coronavirus cases started growing in mid-March.
