The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is investigating how a car ended up in the Rock River. Two people swimming in the river off the bridge on Elmwood Road Wednesday afternoon spotted a submerged vehicle and dialed 911. The unoccupied BMW car was pulled from the river. Anyone with further information involving this incident is asked to call the Dodge County Sheriff’s office at (920)386-3726.

A former Oshkosh West High School business teacher has been named the next superintendent of the Oshkosh School District. Shorewood School superintendent Bryan Davis has been hired to the post.
