MILWAUKEE (AP) — A kitten that survived being tossed from a moving car in Milwaukee is now looking for a home.  The 4-week-old kitten was brought to the Wisconsin Humane Society by a woman who said she saw it thrown from a moving car.  Human Society spokeswoman Angela Speed says the woman, Julissa Rivera, named the kitten Buffy, but couldn't keep it because a tenant in her building has allergies. Marinette County authorities have identified a man they think was killed by a bank robbery suspect. Sheriff Jerry Sauve says in a statement that investigators believe 59-year-old Thomas C. 3-12-15 walker offers condolences to mother of madison shooting victim

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The mother of a 19-year-old biracial man shot and killed by a white Madison police officer has heard from Governor Scott Walker expressing his condolences for her loss. A spokeswoman for the governor says Walker called Andrea Irwin Wednesday afternoon. Irwin is the mother of Tony Robinson, who died Friday night after what police say was an assault of an officer.
