1-19-15 milwaukee woman bound over for trial in dodge county homicide

A Milwaukee woman accused of killing a Town of Fox Lake man in August has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday in Dodge County Circuit Court for 30 year old Kriscilla McHenry. A Fond du Lac man arrested in a shooting incident has been convicted as part of a plea agreement.  At a hearing Wednesday afternoon 22 year old James Tucker Junior pleaded no contest to reckless injury.
