A Fond du Lac High School student arrested following a fight at the school last week has been charged. Seventeen year old James Baemmert made his initial court appearance Friday on charges of battery, battery or threat to a law enforcement officer, resisting, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. The Fond du Lac School Board has two new members. The Board has appointed Todd Schreiter and Brittany Hoerth to fill the vacancies created by the resignations of Mark Strand and Nick Tiefke. Both Schreiter and Hoerth ran unsuccessfully for the school board in the last election. The board interviewed 11 candidates before making their selections at a meeting Tuesday night.
